I got to know David as a fellow chorus member in the many varied productions that were performed each summer in Wedmore Opera.

what fun we had, rehearsing, dressing up and singing. Dilys and Chris backstage with numerous others , aiding and abetting.

we both had poultry and David swopped a bantam cock for his guinea fowl eggs for me to hatch,and they did! We took them back to the

Clarksons as they grew older and more hair brained .Dilys was not amused!

David always good company, quietly amused and amusing with a twinkle in his eye and so very talented. We are so pleased we knew him.
