David T. Clarkson, the brilliant scientist I had the pleasure to work with for some years, left us but his memory will be present for the time I live.
The stimulating discussions about our scientific common interest: plant science; how to address the targeted questions to draw the experiments driven by the «black box» challenge; listening good music highlighted by his versed comments; to speak French; search for new eggs in the hen house; delicious meals cooked by Dilys in Cheddar; lovely drawings preserving landscapes, gardens, all over the world including Lisbon; picking Cistus seeds in the most west point in continental Europe –Roca Cape, Portugal; regretting Brexit with very assertive analysis… Some of unforgettable souvenirs I keep from you, David.
«Saudades» we say for I will miss you.
